Apparently my confidence in the weather holding out for Winterfest was misplaced! Looking at the weather for Wednesday (20 mm of rain and 9 degrees above zero), we have made the decision to cancel Winterfest which was to happen this Thursday, March 6. Staff and students are equally disappointed; however, we are confident that the yard will either be a mess of sloppy snow or like an ice rink on Thursday – either way, not great for a Winterfest! Let’s hope that this is something we can make happen next year!
