On behalf of the RHPS staff, I would like to welcome all of our returning and new families to our school! We hope that everyone in our school community had a fantastic summer. The summer started awfully warm, but I feel like August had almost perfect temperatures. As I noted last year, one of the many blessings I count at Rolling Hills would be that it is fully air-conditioned!
By now, hopefully all of our families have received messaging regarding who your child’s homeroom teacher will be.If you have not, please do not worry, as staff will help guide your child to the correct teacher on Tuesday.
Staff are definitely excited about being back this year! One of my goals for the year, as always, would be to know all of our students’ names in the school. This is not quite as easy the older that I get!
I hope everyone has a wonderful long weekend, and we will see all of our Rams back tomorrow. One thing I would already start encouraging this year’s Rams to start thinking about is involving themselves in one or more of the various clubs, activities and sports teams (whether intramural or extra-curricular). Rolling Hills is a school with many opportunities for our students. The more our students become involved, the more amazing our school will be!Â
