We are excited to introduce a new tool to our school for submitting school forms electronically!
Trillium Lakelands District School Board has partnered with a company called Permission Click, which will allow us to create forms, send them directly to your email, and receive the completed electronic form back from you. With this new format, we are reducing the amount of paper we’re printing to send home, eliminating lost forms in the bottom of back packs, and best of all, making responding to forms much easier and convenient for you.
This school year, we will be sending some forms home electronically through Permission Click and some will be hard copy sent home with your child(ren).
As we start using this tool, don’t be alarmed if you get an email from Permission Click ([email protected]) – it’s not spam, it is the school sending you an electronic form.
We recommend that you add [email protected] to your email contacts such as gmail or hotmail (not your device contacts) to help prevent this email from going into a junk or spam folder.

While we are working out the finer details of this system, more than one parent/guardian may get the form email and only one parent/guardian needs to fill out the form.
