As our students aren’t at school today, we wanted to provide a few quick updates on what is happening this Friday, March 7.
Activities Block for Grades 6 to 8 Students
– takes place between 11:40 am and 1:00 pm
– students skating at the arena will leave the building at about 11:40 am and leave the arena to return to the school around 1:00 pm
– skaters MUST have a CSA approved hockey (ski or bicycle helmets, for example, cannot be used)
Spring Dances
– the Grade 8s will be running two Spring dances this coming Friday as a fundraiser for their year end trip
– admission is a $2 donation, and pop and chips will be sold in the tuck shop for $2 per item
– the grades 4 and 5 dance is in the middle block
– the grades 6 to 8 dance is in the third block
Pizza Day on Friday
– unless you hear otherwise, our normal Friday pizza day hot lunch will take place this Friday
– cost is $2 per slice
There is certainly lots going on this Friday!
