The holidays are coming, and the M.A.D. Crew (Making A Difference Crew) is offering the opportunity to decorate cookies again! Cookies are $2.00 each, or 3 for $5.00. You may order a maximum of 3 cookies. Decorating will take place on Tuesday, December 16, at recess. To order, please print your first and last name on the line below.
Please return by Tuesday, December 9. Late orders cannot be accepted.
A paper copy of this was given to students; however, attached is a pdf that you can print if the paper form did not come home (and your child(ren)) would like to order and decorate cookies.
